Job Summary
Seeking an experienced OneStream Technical / Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience in EPM/CPM implementation, Finance Technology, Corporate Performance Management, or Enterprise Performance Management projects, including 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting OneStream solutions. The role will support the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise OneStream EPM solutions for Finance, FP&A, Product Control, and Financial Control functions. The consultant will translate Finance and FP&A requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions while supporting financial consolidation, planning, reporting, integrations, data management, migrations, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise OneStream EPM solutions for Finance, FP&A, Product Control, and Financial Control functions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate Finance and FP&A needs into scalable OneStream functional and technical solutions.
• Configure and develop OneStream metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, cubes, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, cube views, and reporting solutions.
• Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, driver-based planning, and financial planning capabilities within OneStream.
• Support financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, multi-entity reporting, multi-currency translation, and financial statement reporting.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation models, allocation drivers, planning assumptions, reporting structures, and forecasting models.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between OneStream, ERP, General Ledger, and other enterprise financial systems.
• Develop and maintain data loads, transformation rules, Data Management sequences, reconciliation processes, and data quality controls.
• Perform financial data reconciliation between source systems, General Ledger, and OneStream environments to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support Hyperion-to-OneStream migration initiatives, including assessment, mapping, data migration, report conversion, reconciliation, testing, and production deployment.
• Develop and troubleshoot OneStream Business Rules, VB.NET customizations, calculation rules, workflow logic, transformation rules, cube views, dashboards, and reporting components.
• Create functional specifications, technical design documents, requirements traceability matrices (RTMs), operational documentation, and support artifacts.
• Execute unit testing, system integration testing, and regression testing and support user acceptance testing activities.
• Provide production support during monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, reporting, and forecasting cycles.
• Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot application issues, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Product Control, Financial Control, Technology, Data Integration teams, and third-party implementation partners.
• Communicate complex OneStream and Finance concepts effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, governance, audit, and financial controls standards.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in EPM/CPM implementation, Finance Technology, Corporate Performance Management, or Enterprise Performance Management projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting OneStream solutions.
• Expert-level experience with OneStream implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Strong experience with OneStream Metadata Management, Dimensions, Hierarchies, Cubes, Workflows, Forms, Cube Views, Dashboards, and Reporting.
• Advanced experience developing OneStream Business Rules, Calculation Rules, Transformation Rules, and Data Management processes.
• Strong understanding of Financial Consolidation, Intercompany Eliminations, Multi-Currency Translation, Financial Reporting, and Management Reporting.
• Advanced experience supporting FP&A processes, including Budgeting, Forecasting, Driver-Based Planning, Variance Analysis, and Cost Allocation models.
• Strong experience integrating OneStream with ERP, General Ledger, and other enterprise financial systems.
• Advanced experience performing financial data reconciliation, data validation, and data quality management activities.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL development, data analysis, performance tuning, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with VB.NET development or OneStream scripting frameworks.
• Experience supporting Hyperion-to-OneStream migration, modernization, or legacy EPM transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile delivery frameworks, testing practices, release management, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently translate Finance requirements into technical OneStream solutions and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services organizations.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Essbase, or other legacy EPM platforms.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, financial controls, and regulatory reporting processes.
• Experience designing and supporting complex legal entity, cost center, profit center, and management reporting hierarchies.
• Experience with advanced cost allocation methodologies and profitability management frameworks.
• Exposure to enterprise Finance transformation and EPM modernization programs.
• Experience with enterprise reporting, executive dashboards, and performance management solutions.
• Knowledge of Finance data governance, metadata management, and master data management practices.
• Experience working with global stakeholders, consulting teams, and third-party implementation partners.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD processes, and release management frameworks.
• Experience supporting large-scale financial close, reporting, and planning environments.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge Finance and Technology organizations.
