We're currently looking for a
OneStream Specialist that can bring attention to detail, strong work ethics and organizational skills to our team and organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude who will focus on getting the job done in an efficient and effective manner in a deadline sensitive environment.
Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on OneStream Administrator to support our FP&A and finance teams in managing and enhancing our financial system's environment. This role will play a key part in onboarding new portfolio companies, maintaining financial structures, and ensuring accurate, scalable reporting across a complex investment platform.
ResponsibilitiesOneStream Administration & FP&A Support- Partner closely with FP&A to support day-to-day OneStream activities
- Build and onboard new portfolio companies into OneStream, including:
- Entity setup
- Financial package development
- Metadata and dimensional configuration
- Maintain and enhance the platform, including:
- Adding and mapping new GL accounts
- Updating hierarchies and metadata
- Creating and maintaining Cube Views and dashboards
- Support ongoing reporting needs, including recurring and ad hoc financial packages
System Maintenance & Enhancements- Own updates to mappings, transformations, and data integration processes
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure integrity across the system
- Rebuild or reconfigure models as portfolio companies transition between ERP systems
- Continuously improving system performance, usability, and scalability
Entity Structures & Consolidation Support- Support complex legal and management entity structures, including pro forma entities
- Assist with consolidation processes and reporting accuracy
- Partner with finance to ensure proper treatment of intercompany and ownership structures
Ownership & Implementation- Take ownership of OneStream-related initiatives and enhancements
- Act as a key contributor in system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, accounting, and IT
Skills/ QualificationsRequired:- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong systems aptitude with hands-on experience in financial systems or EPM platforms
- Experience supporting FP&A or finance teams in a systems capacity
- Working knowledge of: Financial reporting, General ledger structures, Data mapping and transformations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred:- Direct experience with OneStream
- Experience with financial consolidations and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, or similar)
- Background in investment management, private equity, or financial services
- Experience supporting complex entity structures and multi-entity environments
- Familiarity with Cube Views, business rules, and data integrations
