The CPM Team Advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a wide variety of transformational corporate performance management (CPM) projects leveraging market leading tools including OneStream XF. Your Impact - As a Director, you will be responsible for leading OneStream engagements, working with finance leadership of commercial companies to execute on large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions.
- Participate in strategic practice growth initiatives, including the development of service offerings, geographic expansion, industry specialization, recruitment, retention and development of team members.
- Lead business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, oral presentations).
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients at all levels that are based on integrity and trust.
- Contribute perspectives on the implications of market trends such as data and digital transformation, emerging technology, macro-economic trends, regulatory demands.
- Facilitate client working sessions ranging from executive and board level meetings to large group presentations and requirements gathering exercises.
- Leverage a "roll-up your sleeves" style to develop and execute against clients' strategic initiatives.
- Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements.
- Develop and manage the performance of junior team members through active coaching, feedback and mentorship.
At a minimum, you will have: - 8+ years of direct, full life cycle OneStream XF implementation experience (or 4 years of OneStream XF and 4 years of Oracle EPM experience).
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
- Demonstrated track record achieving business development targets by growing existing accounts and penetrating new accounts.
- Proven ability to generate $1M+ in revenue annually.
- Relevant experience with accounting, finance, FP&A industry experience and/or experience automating the financial close or FP&A process.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Close Consolidation and planning process experience.
- Strong knowledge of metadata concepts (i.e. Cubes, hierarchies, dimensions).
- Strong understanding of data integration process.
- Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or related field.
- Flexibility to travel.
Preferably, you will have: - OneStream Certified Professional Lead Architect
- CPA, MBA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma.
- Ability to demonstrate the use of Workflow, Cube Views, Dashboards and Security.
- Experience with Agile software development.
- .NET and/or VBA experience.
- Experience writing Excel macros.
- Experience with MS SQL Server.
- Experience with data integration tools.
- Experience with data transformations, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.
- Experience with FX conversions, intercompany eliminations, and allocations.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below.
