OneStream Developer/ArchitectSalary: $95,000 to 160,000 based on role, qualifications, and years of experience

OneStream Developers and Architects to support and lead highly visible solutions from initial solution design through sustainment. Candidates will be supporting or leading the design, development, and implementation of a OneStream solution to support financial management reporting, enhance data quality and metrics, and automate processes. If you have strong experience in OneStream as either a developer or architect and can support or lead the design, development, deployment and on-going maintenance activities, while providing hands-on technical support and/or leadership, these roles offer the opportunity to directly strengthen development and design skills while expanding your understanding of federal financial management moving you to become a highly coveted Subject Matter Expert and Developer/Architect in this arena. These roles require a deep knowledge and understanding of the OneStream platform, methods for implementation, features, capabilities, programming languages, and the capability and willingness to directly engage in hands-on activities and assignments.
What You'll Do:Responsibilities - Architects:- Manage, direct, and supervise the end-to-end architecture of OneStream solutions, inclusive of the cube design, dimension strategy, business rule framework, and data integration
- Analyze, define, and ensure platform standards, design patterns, and overall governance and delivery strategy across the entire delivery team
- Collaborate with stakeholders and financial management subject matter experts to evaluate and validate technical designs produced by developers, ensuring that they meet the contract delivery requirements and client expectations.
- Assess and review the application of OneStream for existing and new environments to enhance the platform through the identification of gaps, risks, and optimization of opportunities.
Responsibilities - Developers:- Configure, develop, and enhance OneStream applications that support finance objectives for federal clients
- Build and maintain OneStream business rules, data management solutions, and application components to support planning, reporting, and/or budget execution
- Analyze, adapt, and translate client business requirements into functional system designs, configuration decisions, and technical solutions within the OneStream platform
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities by identifying issues, validating results, and helping deliver stable application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to support finance operations, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Demonstrated experience and capability in OneStream solution development or architecture: data analysis, cube design, dimension modeling, business rules, workflows, and platform configuration
- OneStream Developers - OneStream Experience 5+ years for senior developers, 3+ year for junior developers
- OneStream Architects - Experience 10+ years of related experience and 5+ years in OneStream
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in laments terms.
- Ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders, understand complex business requirements, and convert those into design documents
- Understanding of financial close and reporting activities and requirements, preferably in the federal government.
- Proficiency in VB.Net and SQL with a working knowledge of C#, Python, or REST API development
- Data integration experience with Financial Systems (ERP) and other related source systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle Financials, Momentum, etc.)
- Possess or able to obtain a U.S. Federal Government security clearance
