Oncology Nurse Manager
Location: Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, Queens, NY | Department: Cancer Center
Salary: $150,000+ + Full Benefits

Your Role:
  • Oversee daily operations of the oncology clinic, balancing administrative leadership with hands-on patient care.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor patient care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, track outcomes, and optimize clinic workflows.
