  • Define scalable solution approaches that leverage shared capabilities and services.
  • Develop future-state customer journeys, service blueprints, and operating models.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify experiences, accelerate onboarding, and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Establish reusable solution patterns that can support multiple business use cases.

Cross-Functional Strategic Alignment
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Design teams to align solution strategy.
  • Act as a key point of coordination across multiple products, services, and initiatives.
  • Facilitate solution workshops and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical implementation.

  • Translate solution concepts into clear business requirements, epics, and capability recommendations.
  • Identify capability gaps, dependencies, and opportunities to improve scalability and consistency.
  • Influence roadmap priorities across multiple product teams.

  • Experience presenting to executive leadership, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and investment decisions across multiple teams.
  • Experience translating ambiguous business opportunities into scalable customer and operational solutions.
  • Experience leading client-facing discovery, solution development, and pre-sales engagements.
