Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, technology-focused professional to join our Wealth Technology team and support the integration of newly acquired financial advisory firms into our standardized technology ecosystem. This role serves as a key liaison between operations teams, technology stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful onboarding, migration, and advisor adoption of core wealth management platforms.
The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning new technologies. This position combines project coordination, platform analysis, business process evaluation, and stakeholder engagement to help firms transition from legacy systems to enterprise solutions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of wealth management, technology, and business transformation. The position will play a critical role in integrating advisory firms, improving advisor experiences, and helping shape the future of a rapidly growing organization while gaining exposure to industry-leading platforms and technologies.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week onsite in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, financial planning, business analysis, financial technology, operations, or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, key industry platforms including Salesforce, Orion, Addepar, eMoney, MoneyGuide, Holistiplan, DocuSign, Jump AI, VRGL, Quick Forms, and Calendly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Understanding of wealth management operations, financial planning concepts, investment account structures, and client service processes preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, procedures, and operational processes.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies, automation tools, artificial intelligence solutions, and evolving business processes.
  • Demonstrated customer service mindset focused on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship management.


This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $100,000-$120,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate's experience and education.
