Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing task-order performance.
• Strong communication skills to interface with Government program and project managers.
• Expertise in project management including staffing, scheduling, and cost performance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing stakeholder engagements.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and performance metrics reporting in a Government context.
• Preferred experience in federal cybersecurity, IAM, DevSecOps, or cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary technical team to ensure project success.
• Act as the main point of contact for Government program managers regarding project delivery.
• Oversee project aspects such as staffing, scheduling, costs, and deliverables to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate Agile delivery processes including backlog management and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate technical deployments, including patches and hotfixes, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and quality assurance for Government stakeholders.
