Job Description

This position is #Hybrid, in the office 3 days a week and requires travel.

You will partner closely with the sales team to accelerate measurable omnichannel sales growth for clients. Support multiple CPG brands across retailer omnichannel platforms, delivering integrated marketing strategies and execution, across digital and in-store touchpoints in partnership with retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to define retail marketing objectives, performance metrics, and growth strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer marketing teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams to align in-store and online strategies to build effective marketing strategies
  • Lead campaign planning, activation, and performance optimization across digital and in-store media for our clients
  • Evaluate digital shelf conditions by assessing product content and performance against retailer standards and best in class benchmarks
  • Be the go-to-resource on retailer marketing, helping sales teams and clients understand retailer priorities, platforms, and best practices to drive stronger share of voice in the retail environment
  • Collaborate with other E-Commerce managers and directors across the organization for best practices and enhance overall service offerings
  • Lead themed multi-brand marketing campaigns in collaboration with retailer marketing teams, unlocking more effective and strategic retailer marketing solutions for clients
  • In partnership with retailer marketing teams, lead and host client webinars to help educate, inform, and strengthen retailer marketing alignment
  • Support sales team leaders in driving new business opportunities by developing sell sheets and presenting retail marketing capabilities and resources
  • Travel to meet with clients for in-person meetings approximately every 8 weeks.


Qualifications

Education and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in business, customer management, or a related field, with a strong e-commerce background in multi-channel retail
  • Strong retail consumer marketing strategy development and execution experience
  • Hands-on experience with digital shelf management, content optimization, and online merchandising strategies
  • Familiarity with retailer-specific e-commerce processes preferred
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience supporting budget planning, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Worked in platforms such as PIM, DAM, and content management systems preferred
