Omni Marketing & Ecommerce Analyst

Role reports to:

Manager Omnichannel Shopper Mktg Walmart

Location:

What you will do

As an Omnichannel Marketing & Ecommerce Analyst, you will play a critical role inexecuting, analyzing, andoptimizingintegrated marketing and ecommerce programsfor Sams Club.

Key Responsibilities:

Omnichannel & Shopper Marketing

  • Support development and execution ofinsight-driven omnichannel campaignsaligned to brand priorities and Sams Club strategies
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies toplan andoptimizeretail media investments(search, display, onsite/offsite media)
  • Contribute toJoint Business Planning (JBP)by supporting marketing strategy development and retailer-facing recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, brand, insights, media) to delivercustomer-centric activation plans

Ecommerce & Digital Shelf Excellence

  • Monitor andoptimizedigital shelf health(content accuracy, availability, ratings & reviews, search visibility)

  • Tracknew itemlaunches (NPI)and ensuretimelycontent and asset execution

  • Partner with Digital Shelf and Customer teams to improvecontent quality, taxonomy, and share of shelf

  • Conduct competitive audits andidentifyopportunities to improveconversion and shopper engagement

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Own and evolveecommerce and omnichannel scorecards,leveragingtools and data sources to track performance

  • Analyzecampaign, content, and ecommerce performancetoidentifytrends and actionable recommendations

  • Leverage 6P data (product, price, placement, promotion, etc.) to buildinsight-driven storytelling

  • Develop presentations and narratives that translate complex data intoclear, actionable business insights

Strategy & Optimization

  • Provide recommendations to improvemedia effectiveness, digital experience, and conversion

  • Support budget tracking andidentifyopportunities tooptimizeinvestment and ROI

  • Influencesite experience and merchandising strategiesto drive sales and share growth

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degreeis required
  • 3+years of experience inomni-channelmarketing,ecommerce, digital marketing, analytics, or related roles
  • Experience inCPG and/or retail
  • Strong understanding ofretail media, digital marketing, and ecommerce fundamentals
  • Experience withanalytics and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability tooperatein afast-paced, matrixed environmentand manage multiple priorities
  • Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented
  • Up to 15% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sams Club or Walmart

  • Familiarity with ecommerce/retail tools such asScintilla,Stackline,Profitero, IRI, Flywheel,Pacvue, or Salsify

  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$90,100.00 - $127,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidates skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
