About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to own full life cycle recruiting across our portfolio of brands. This is an individual contributor role, not a people management position. You will carry an active req load of around 15-20 open roles at a time and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and functional leaders, shaping role strategy and process before sourcing even begins.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own full life cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing strategy, candidate experience, interview process, offer negotiation, and close) for 15-20 concurrent requisitions
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and brand leaders, shaping job scope, leveling, market positioning, and interview process design before a req is ever posted.
- Lead high-touch candidate experiences for all searches, managing competing stakeholder expectations with discretion and polish.
- Leverage market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting data (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance, source effectiveness) to inform smarter, faster hiring decisions, ensuring req and candidate status updates and reporting stay accurate and current
- Build and maintain a network of passive talent and industry relationships for hard-to-fill and stretch searches
- Partner with TA and HR on offer strategy, leveling consistency, and internal equity for the roles you recruit.
- Take on stretch projects (employer branding initiatives, DEI sourcing strategy, recruiting analytics, panel interview design) as the role grows in scope.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for cross-functional or specialized roles.
- Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, not just a requisition processor.
- Proven track record managing a high-touch req load (10+ concurrent roles) without sacrificing candidate experience.
- Strong command of recruiting and hiring data, with the ability to translate metrics into recommendations for leadership.
- Experience in consumer products, apparel, retail, or a similarly fast-paced, brand-driven environment preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and standard productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Keynote).
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a growing, multi-brand organization.
