Summary

You will serve as an OFFICE MANAGER in the Office of the Under Secretary of the Navy of OFFUNDSECNAV WASHINGTON DC.

Duties

Help

  • You will serve as the senior administrative manager and primary point of contact for scheduling the UNSECNAV's staff.
  • You will provide support to the senior staff to assist in the development, integration, and coordination of key plans and events.
  • You will develop and execute plans, policies, and procedures for managing staff actions, projects, and activities.
  • You will follow strict protocol on behalf of the UNSECNAV with all subordinate commands and adjacent service office, as well as the White House, all offices of the Secretary of War and the Joint Staff.


Qualifications

For GS-13:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Managing complex executive scheduling and administrative operations involving high-level stakeholders; and drafting, quality control, and timely execution of sensitive executive communications and correspondence.


For GS-14:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Managing complex executive scheduling and administrative operations involving high-level stakeholders; drafting, quality control, and timely execution of sensitive executive communications and correspondence; and coordinating high-priority staff actions across multiple organizational levels.
