ColonialWebb is seeking an Office Manager to join our Glen Burnie team! If you are service-oriented, enjoy supporting others, and have a passion for office leadership, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an HVAC office environment, along with demonstrated management and leadership experience.
What you will do:
Provide daily guidance, support, and coaching to the coordination team, helping them work through challenges as they arise
Train and onboard Service Coordinators on current systems, processes, and best practices, as well as support adoption of new tools and procedures
Monitor workloads and service support by reviewing open work orders and participating in Work in Progress (WIP) meetings as needed
Partner with Operations, Sales, Field teams, and administrative staff to strengthen collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement
Escalate technician, customer, or coordination concerns to the appropriate Building Service Supervisor or Operations Manager when necessary
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers, consistently meeting expectations with professionalism and efficiency
What we are looking for:
