Responsibilities

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. Your key duties will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Managing office supplies, inventory, and placing orders as necessary.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, embodying the company's professional and welcoming ethos.
- Organising and coordinating company meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
