Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our dental team in the greater Thousand Oaks, CA, area. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent patient experiences from the moment you step inside our office, and we are seeking someone who is equally committed to excellence.

Compensation: $40-42 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of dental office management experience
  • Strong understanding of PPO insurance, treatment planning, and collections
  • Experience managing team performance, accountability, and office culture
  • Ability to lead morning huddles and drive daily production/collection goals
  • Comfortable reviewing KPIs, reports, scheduling efficiency, and recall systems
  • Strong communication and patient relationship skills
  • Experience handling difficult conversations with professionalism and confidence
  • Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of improving systems, workflow, and patient experience
  • Leadership mentality with willingness to coach, train, and hold team accountable
  • Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented personality
  • Experience with same-day treatment conversion and case acceptance preferred
  • Understanding of hygiene reappointment and recall management
  • Ability to work closely with ownership on growth initiatives and office goals
