Location: Tucson, AZ Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Productivity Incentive + Partnership Track Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 

• Established referral base for functional and cosmetic oculoplastic procedures 
• Strong collaboration with comprehensive ophthalmologists and subspecialists

Qualifications 

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO) 
• Fellowship-trained in Oculoplastic Surgery 
• Active state medical license or ability to obtain 
• Interest in building and growing an oculoplastics practice
