Job Description:

Seeking an experienced, organized and action-oriented individual to provide high quality administrative support for OTF (Ocotillo Technology Fabrication) Planning organization. Strong attention to detail is a must, along with prioritization skills. Candidate will handle a dynamic work environment and maintain good working rapport with employees. Excellent interpersonal skills required given the extensive interface as well. Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools.

The Administrative Partner will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate team meetings and events.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports.
  • Provide support for departmental events, quarterly events, and open forums.
  • Support office administration with associated tasks. (i.e., ordering office supplies, food orders, travel, expenses, onsite needs)
  • Maintain organizational charts, public distribution lists and group contact lists.
  • Receive, interpret and evaluate the incoming information requests and take appropriate responsive action.
  • Collaborate with other factory admins/reps and ensure that OTF Planning is well connected to factory /on-site programs.
  • POC for Intel admin policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess 3+ years of administrative experience or equivalent education and experience in the following areas:
    • Calendar management including coordinating complex meetings that require senior management attendance.
    • Experience with online tools such as expense reports, Travel tools, Live Meeting, SharePoint etc.
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Experience with Concur.
    • Experience with event planning.
    • Experience supporting 2+ Sr. Leaders.
    • Experience in a high paced manufacturing environment


Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
