As an OCM (Organizational Change Management) Associate Manager, you will work with clients to successfully navigate complex business, digital, workplace, and AI-driven transformations. Building on Avanade's strengths in Microsoft technologies and enterprise consulting, this role focuses on helping organizations prepare, adopt, and sustain change at scale.

You will partner with executives, business leaders, project teams, and end users to design and execute change strategies that drive adoption, accelerate business outcomes, and improve employee experiences throughout transformation journeys.

As part of Avanade's Advisory & Strategy team, you'll collaborate with experts across Change Management, Digital Transformation, AI, Workplace Experience, Data & AI, and Modern Work. You will help clients navigate some of their most strategic initiatives, including:

• Enterprise-wide digital transformation programs
• Microsoft 365 and Copilot deployments
• AI-enabled business process transformation
• Operating model and organizational redesign
• Business process modernization
• Employee experience and workforce transformation
• Technology adoption and change readiness initiatives

You'll be empowered to lead change workstreams, influence client decisions, contribute to business development efforts, and mentor junior consultants while growing your own consulting and leadership capabilities.

What You'll Do

Organizational Change Management Delivery

• Lead and support change management initiatives for enterprise transformation programs.
• Assess organizational impacts and develop practical strategies to help stakeholders successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
• Conduct change readiness assessments and identify risks, barriers, and opportunities for adoption.
• Develop integrated change plans aligned with program objectives and business outcomes.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and realization of change objectives throughout transformation programs.

AI and Digital Transformation Enablement

• Support clients in preparing for and adopting AI-enabled solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and generative AI technologies.
• Help organizations identify workforce impacts, future-state ways of working, and capability requirements associated with AI transformation.
• Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies that accelerate value realization from AI investments.
• Advise leaders on responsible adoption practices and organizational readiness for AI-driven change.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

• Build strong relationships with client executives, sponsors, managers, and frontline employees.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities.
• Create compelling communications that articulate the vision, benefits, and expectations of transformation initiatives.
• Support executive sponsors in driving visible and effective change leadership.

Learning & Adoption

• Design and coordinate training and learning strategies that support sustained adoption.
• Develop role-based learning journeys, enablement materials, and performance support resources.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure users are equipped to successfully adopt new capabilities.

Consulting & Business Development

• Contribute to client proposals, solution development, and sales pursuits.
• Support account teams in identifying additional opportunities to help clients achieve transformation outcomes.
• Bring thought leadership and industry insights related to change management, digital transformation, and AI adoption.
• Contribute to Avanade's change management methodologies, assets, and community initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor consultants and analysts across project engagements.
• Review deliverables and ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support capability development and knowledge sharing within the practice.

Skills and Experiences

Required

• Experience delivering organizational change management initiatives in consulting or large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting digital, technology, or business transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience developing change impact assessments, communication plans, training strategies, and adoption programs.
• Strong workshop facilitation and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Understanding of project and program delivery methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, or Copilot.
• Experience supporting AI adoption or enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change management methodologies.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, government, telecommunications, or energy.
• Business process transformation or operating model design experience.

Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
