What You'll DoAs the Occupational Therapy Manager, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of occupational therapy professionals.
- Develop and expand innovative occupational therapy programming for survivors.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services when needed.
- Collaborate with case managers, counselors, advocates, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure holistic, client-centered care.
- Ensure services reflect evidence-based and trauma-informed best practices.
- Monitor program outcomes and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture while supporting staff development.
- Help shape the future of occupational therapy services at Call to Freedom.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a compassionate leader who combines clinical excellence with a heart for service.
Qualifications- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in South Dakota (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years clinical experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Passion for serving vulnerable populations through a trauma-informed approach.
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and inspire others.
