Job Description

Agape is looking for a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide coverage in our outpatient clinics. As an integral member of our rehabilitation services, you will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to help patients improve their ability to perform daily living and working activities.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
  • Create and modify treatment programs to meet specific patient needs and goals
  • Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Assess workplace ergonomics and recommend modifications when needed
  • Participate in team meetings and care planning sessions

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
