We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist to join our clinic in Wilsonville, Oregon!

Job Type: Occupational Therapist (full-time or part time positions available)

Full-time: 40 hours per week (Flexible work options are open to individuals seeking less hours).

BasePay Rate:

  • Full Time Salary $79,191.67-$102,543.06 annually. Based on experience. Split between the Oregon City and Wilsonville Clinic
  • Part time Pay: $54.81 - $76.96 per client hour. Based on experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 Occupational therapy for kids and teens (ages 0-21).
  • Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
  • Keep documentation up to date (we'll help make it manageable).


What You'll Need:

  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.

  • Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
