ResponsibilitiesSupervises Rehab Services daily activities. The Supervisor of Occupational Therapy is responsible for onboarding, training and supervising the Occupational Staff, along with rehab department leadership. The Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining inpatient and outpatient Occupational Therapy programs to meet the identified needs of the hospital and community. The Supervisor assists with the management of fiscal and personnel resources in Occupational Therapy. Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census with a negative variance. Assists rehab leadership team in management of department and assumes any delegated assignments, including coverage of peer duties. Works as a member of the multidisciplinary team within and outside of the rehab services department.
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Masters or doctoral degree in the field of occupational therapy2. Licensed by the Occupational Therapy Board of state3. BCLS for healthcare providers certification upon hire and maintain current4. Three years experience as a practicing occupational therapist

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $39.36 to $57.01. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
