Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in daily function and quality of life. In this role, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services and guide others in delivering effective patient care. You will use your clinical expertise to evaluate patient needs, create individualized plans of care, implement therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress throughout the course of treatment. You will also play an important role in discharge planning to support safe and successful transitions.
Required Qualifications: - Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
