  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and support staff for exceptional patient care.
  • Support and guide Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides.

Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist - West Orange, NJ

Outpatient • Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Base Salary: $95,000-$115,000
Total Compensation: $105,000-$125,000
(based on benefits/bonuses, certifications, performance incentives, and experience)
What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations focused on upper-extremity and functional performance.

  • Deliver hands-on therapy interventions aligned with physician referrals and patient goals.

  • Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams.
