Current New York State Occupational Therapist License and Registration
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) usage

Responsibilities
Conduct efficient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to implement under your guidance
Deliver quality therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting for patients with TBI, CVA, stroke, Parkinson's disease, MS, cancer, and post-orthopedic surgery
Monitor and document patient progress using advanced EMR software

Occupational Therapist Requirements and Responsibilities:
Current NYS OT License and Registration
Valid BLS Certification
EMR Competence
Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)

Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
