What the Role Looks Like:- Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Yonkers.
- Develop and manage individualized plans of care with full clinical autonomy.
- Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, upper extremity function, and ADL performance.
- 1:1 care every visit - no double-booking, ever.
- Complete timely clinical documentation with admin team support for scheduling and logistics.
- Manage your caseload based on your availability and chosen employment structure.
Compensation:- PRN: $72 per follow-up visit | $85 per evaluation
- Part-Time W-2: $65 per follow-up visit | $75 per evaluation
- Full-Time W-2 Tiered: $55-$70 per follow-up visit (increases with volume) | $75 per evaluation
- Full-Time 1099 Tiered: $70-$80 per follow-up visit (increases with volume) | $85 per evaluation - earn up to $145,000 annually
- Full-Time Salary: $92,000-$110,000 annually

What You'll Need:- Active NY Occupational Therapist license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
