A0 YouB4ll work directly in patientsB4 homes and community environments, where meaningful recovery actually happens 6 not in artificial clinic settings. A0 This is a full-time role designed for OTs who want autonomy, flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and functional outcomes without overwhelming productivity pressure. You will focus on: B7 Activities of daily living (ADLs/IADLs) B7 Cognitive rehabilitation in real-world environments B7 Home safety and functional independence B7 Neuro recovery following stroke, TBI, ParkinsonB4s disease, and other neurological conditions A0 If youB4re looking for an opportunity to support patients in building greater independence and confidence in their everyday lives, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact through personalized, real-world care.A0 A0 Responsibilities What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to: B7 Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans B7 Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences B7 Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources B7 Communicate patientB4s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members B7 Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes Qualifications What you will need: B7 Minimum of a bachelorB4s degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program A0 B7 Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicingA0 B7 Current CPR Certification B7 A minimum of one yearB4s work experience as an Occupational Therapist B7 Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred B7 Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions B7 Ability to lift 50 pounds B7 Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures B7 Duties require fine motor skills,visual acuity,A0and walking/A0standing for extended periods B7 Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times B7 A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations Salary RangeUSD $85,000.00 - $88,000.00 / Year
