Summary:
The Occupational Therapist (OT) role organizes and conducts prescribed skilled OT services through the application of purposeful, goal -directed activity in the evaluation and treatment of patients whose function is impaired by physical illness or injury, emotional disorder, congenital or developmental disability, or the aging process to achieve the optimum functioning, to prevent disability, and to maintain health. This role develops and implements individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust interventions as needed. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for collaborating with families, interdisciplinary teams, and other healthcare professionals to support communication of functional outcomes.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapist program required.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as an Occupational Therapist required or in compliance with the state practice act. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
