Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract

Qualifications

  • New Jersey Occupational Therapist License
  • Medicare Billing and Documentation Experience
  • Computer Literacy
  • Team Player Mentality
  • Liability Insurance
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns


Responsibilities

  • The Home Care Occupational Therapist will provide OT services to older adults within their home/community environment
  • Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
  • Maintain communication with Coordinator to successfully schedule your patients in a timely manner
  • Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner
  • Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
