Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Genuine passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Team-oriented approach with a commitment to quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
• Help residents maintain independence and safely participate in daily activities
• Support residents in aging in place safely and confidently
• Address self-care, functional mobility, home safety, and fall prevention needs
• Build meaningful relationships while enhancing quality of life
• Document patient progress using Net Health and other systems
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
