Occupational Therapist-Full-Time Days- Home Care

As part of our tight-knit team, youll have the opportunity to help patients gain functional independence and live fulfilling lives, while continuously moving forward in your career.

Evaluate, plan, and provide occupational therapy treatment programs for our adult population in their home setting in such areas asneuro, orthopedic, general medicine, and dysphagia/swallow. This position covers NYP/Lawrence Home Care of Westchester, a certified home health agency.

This is a full-time day position.

Preferred Criteria

  • Preferred experience in home care, nursing home setting, hospital and or rehabilitation facilities

  • Masters Degree

  • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Certification

  • AOTA Membership

Required Criteria

  • Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • New York State Occupational Therapist License within one year of hire, or NYS Limited Permit if applicable

  • Knowledge of Occupational Therapy practices

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$117,220-$140,664/Annual
