Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services under physician's orders. Your role involves evaluating home safety, assessing functional needs, and implementing tailored treatment to promote independence.
Every day you will evaluate home safety, assess functional needs of physically disabled patients, then develop, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment procedures.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong assessment, treatment planning, and implementation skills for in-home care. Excellent communication for patient education and a commitment to promoting independence and safety are essential.
Job RequirementsRequired
- Completed an accredited school of Occupational Therapy and Previous experience as a OccupationalTherapist or Occupational Therapist student/ intern, upon hire
- Occupational Therapist: CA, within 6 - months
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
