Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to create care plans.
  • Deliver individualized treatment to assist patients in regaining independence.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
  • Educate patients and caregivers while coordinating discharge plans and resources.
  • Supervise and guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and therapy technicians.

Schedule: Days | Full-time

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500.00

Salary: $53.00 - $58.00 per hour
