- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
- Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA

Compensation and Benefits - Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
