Education & Experience:- Valid and current State of Florida Medical License
- Valid and current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Registration Certificate
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in primary specialty. If Board Eligible, certificate should be obtained within 18-24 months from start of employment
- Maintains Hospital Privileges at the Center's referral hospital
- Maintains Continuing Education Credits as required for licensing
- Maintains Basic Life Support Skills Certification
