***Must have an active (or the ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance*** Responsible for coordinating the effective execution of all maintenance and operations support activities for a small to medium-sized maintenance contract and/or small capital project • Supervise maintenance entry-level personnel and/or maintenance supervisors • Develop annual preventive maintenance (PM) calendar based on OEM recommendations and historical data • Coordinate PM windows with operations schedules • Track PM compliance and reschedule missed activities • Prioritize work orders based on production impact • Conduct root cause analysis for repeat failures • Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence • Maintain critical spare parts inventory • Forecast parts needs based on PM schedules and failure trends • Manage minimum/maximum inventory levels to balance availability and cost • Select and manage third-party providers • Oversee specialized repairs and ensure contractor work meets quality and safety standards • Maintain accurate equipment records and work history • Document all repairs, parts used, and labor hours • Track equipment performance trends • Generate reports for management review • Maintain staff by supervising and motivating craft workers skilled in installation, repair, preventive and predictive maintenance, removal, operation, or adjustment of equipment or components in accordance with project procedures and specifications • Other duties as assigned Basic Job Requirements • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements • U.S. Citizen • Must have an active (or the ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph • Participate in project planning and estimating • Perform Job Risk Analysis (JRA) for out-of-norm work scopes • Ensure contract summaries are made available to, read, and understood by appropriate members of the site team • Develop Key Result Areas (KRAs) aligned with client, contract, and operating company needs, along with measurable performance indicators • Establish, implement, and maintain plans for mobilization and the Site Procedures Manual (SPM) • Develop estimates and written planning activities for electrical scopes and sequence activities during schedule development • Maintain effective schedule and cost control within assigned field functions and ensure adherence to established practices • Perform work in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost-control estimates • Control change and scope creep by ensuring all scope changes are properly documented and approved prior to work being performed • Ensure staff complete activities and work orders as scheduled each month • Establish and ensure efficient utilization of staff • Provide on-the-job and formal training to staff in areas of specialization • Provide data and reports as required, including studies, evaluations, planning documents, schematics, and various administrative deliverables such as status reports, equipment evaluations, and scopes of work for outside contractors • Review and assess authorized work scope and continually monitor job progress against plan • Monitor work order implementation to ensure procedural compliance • Perform regular audit functions to ensure Fluor standards of workmanship are met • Review project status reports and direct resolution of operational and maintenance issues to minimize cost and prevent delays • Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance work, labor hours, and work orders • Perform administrative activities related to effective operations management, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems • Improve service results by developing and implementing work-process improvements in assigned areas of responsibility Preferred Qualifications • Typically degreed, preferably in engineering or business field of study with minimum four (4) years of O&M office or site experience • Comprehensive understanding of facility management, including plant operations, maintenance, engineering, janitorial services, safety, grounds, and related services • Ability to delegate tasks • Recommend a minimum of four (4) years of project and/or site management experience • Familiarity and knowledge of Work Order Control (WOC) procedures and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) • Project experience Benefits Statement: Fluor is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote employee health, wellness, and financial security. Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role. Salary Range: $74,000.00 - $138,000.00
