Full Job Description
Loeb & Loeb's Finance practice is seeking an associate attorney with 5-7 years of substantive experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund finance, asset based lending or private bank lending (such as securities or private stock lending). Experience representing lenders is preferred, and experience with the New York market and sophisticated counterparties is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated mid-level associate whose goal is to run deals. The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $285,000 and a maximum of $325,000. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
