BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of computer networking experience - 2+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations, or Technical Project Management experience - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or experience related IT - 2+ years of computer networking experience, or experience in similar technical or vocational roles - 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience, or experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering) - Can lift loads of up to 49 pounds and carry them for short distances - Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Can work in cramped spaces or in elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelines - Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure - Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system - 1+ years of IT experience, or experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or experience working in a data center environment (racking and stacking gear, cable management, hot/cold aisle containment) The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
