Responsibilities Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a Nurse Manager! -- $10,000 Sign-on Bonus -- The Nursing Manager, under direction of the CNO:
- Develops and manages a mental health or chemical dependency based program of nursing and other clinical services on unit.
- Provides overall management and administrative guidance to specifically assigned programs.
- Assesses educational and programmatic needs.
- Develops policies and collaborates with other health care providers in the provision of services to target populations.

Qualifications Education/Licensure: Active Ohio RN license, BSN preferred.
Experience: Minimum (3) three years clinical experience and/or managerial, supervisory or leadership experience required or a combination of both.
Additional Requirements : Trained in Non-violent crisis intervention training and CPR prior to accepting independent assignment or released from orientation.
