Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Intensive Care UnitNursing Manager in Tulsa, OK.

Get to Know Your Team:
  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
  • The role will oversee roughly 80-85 employees in a Medical ICU unit which includes a 24-bed intensive care unit and a 6-bed step-down unit.

The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning and program development in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing or enrolled in a BSN program within 8 months of starting.
  • Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing
  • BLS certification must be obtained with 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' clinical nursing experience in area of specialty
  • Certification in clinical specialty
