Skilled Nursing Facility
The Gardens Memory Care Easton is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility in Easton, PA.

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for directing facility operations in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities and ensuring the highest degree of resident care and services are delivered and maintained.

Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all business-related activities for the skilled nursing facility
  • Ensure the facility maintains company standards as a high-quality provider through implementation and monitoring of quality systems and processes
  • Oversee and prepare for annual state surveys
  • Provide financial management and oversight
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical leadership to implement appropriate healthcare programs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Establish, implement, and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Provide leadership and direction to facility staff and department managers
  • Promote a positive, professional, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications
  • Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Must meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospital or long-term care facility required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, financial, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and operational requirements
