Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 150-bed center.
What You'll Do- Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility's daily operations
- Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leadership team
- Drive quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and facility leadership
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Promote a positive, resident-centered culture and high standards of care
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
What We're Looking For- Active New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Prior nursing home/skilled nursing leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Strong understanding of skilled nursing facility operations and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
