Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Urbandale, Iowa. Position Overview

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of facility operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while promoting outstanding clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Maintain survey readiness and lead successful state and federal inspections
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and operational performance initiatives
• Support and develop department leaders to achieve facility goals
• Promote a culture of quality care, resident satisfaction, and customer service excellence
• Collaborate with physicians, consultants, and healthcare partners to support clinical programs and outcomes
• Implement and monitor facility policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Lead recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and leadership development efforts
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment for residents, families, and staff
• Ensure the facility maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere
• Drive census growth and strengthen community relationships
