Job Title: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Position SummaryThe Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and operations of the facility. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining a culture of dignity, respect, and quality care for residents. The LNHA will oversee all departments, promote staff development, and maintain financial stability while enhancing resident and family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to all facility staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Recruit, hire, and retain qualified department leaders and staff.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversee facility surveys and inspections, ensuring prompt resolution of deficiencies.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and resident-centered care.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet operational and clinical goals.
Qualifications- Current, active Minnesota state license as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility administration.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements (CMS, OSHA, etc.).
- Proven financial management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
