Nurse Supervisor - Crisis Care Center

Do you enjoy working in a meaningful and mission-driven environment? Join our integrated medical team to support clients as they stabilize from a behavioral health crisis.

The Nurse Supervisor position is responsible for providing excellent nursing oversight to all LPNs, CNAs and clients in a 24-hour crisis care facility. The Nurse Manager will work closely with the medical team, clinical team and other staff members in the planning and delivery of nursing interventions. To accomplish these objectives, excellent critical thinking skills and teamwork are required.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Nurse Supervisor will:
  • Coordinate care with clients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams while delivering direct clinical services (e.g., medication administration, insulin management, treatments) in accordance with organizational protocols.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation, including monthly progress notes, head-to-toe evaluations, medication records, alert charting, and required quality controls.
  • Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans based on reassessments, hospitalizations, or changes in condition, including behavioral supports, crisis interventions, and specialized precautions.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs), provide shift reporting, address concerns from residents and staff, and ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, emergency response, and regulatory standards, including proper medication management, reporting of significant incidents (e.g., abuse, neglect, condition changes), and flexibility to meet operational and staffing needs.


Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, and Medical Screening
  • Experience in staff supervision and team leadership is required.
  • The Crisis Center Facility RN must be licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Washington and has successfully completed the state mandated HIV education.
  • RN must obtain continuing education credits to meet licensure requirements.
  • RN must be licensed in the State of Washington to practice as a registered nurse.
  • Mental Health experience is preferred
  • Must have experience working with a range of patient age groups and health concerns.
  • Experience working with unhoused individuals and/or individuals in crisis is preferred.


Salary - Salary Plan, 100,000.00 USD Annual
