Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Outpatient Pain Management

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or Call
Outpatient Interventional Pain Management
Base Salary: $100,000-$125,000 + Productivity Bonus
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday
Travel: Occasional travel between clinic locations

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient pain management team. This is a structured, office-based role focused on patient care, education, and collaboration with experienced physicians.

You'll receive hands-on onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and daily access to physician support in a team-based environment where collaboration is part of the culture.

What You'll Do
