We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management practice. This is an office-based role focused on scheduled outpatient visits, patient education, and collaborative care.

• ~2 weeks of hands-on initial training

- Comfort with office-based outpatient visits

What You'll Do- Conduct pain-focused histories and physical exams
- Manage acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Develop and follow treatment plans for outpatient visits
- Provide pre- and post-procedure follow-up care
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps
- Prescribe medications per state and practice guidelines
- Document visits clearly in the EMR
- Collaborate daily with physicians, MAs, and clinical staff
Training & Ongoing Support- Approximately 2 weeks of hands-on onboarding
- Side-by-side training in:
- Pain-focused assessments
- Patient communication and education
- Treatment planning and follow-up visits
- Permanent supervising support - physicians are always available to:
- Answer questions
- Review plans
- Provide guidance on complex cases
Qualifications- Licensed NP or PA-C (new graduates welcome)
- Active, unrestricted state license
- National certification
- BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
