Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Urgent Care

HealthCARE Express is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our Texarkana, TX urgent care clinic.

Pay & Schedule

• $70/hour
• Full-time
• 12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Texarkana, TX

What You'll Do

As an urgent care provider, you'll treat patients of all ages for a wide range of illnesses and injuries. Your day may include evaluating and diagnosing patients, ordering and interpreting labs and imaging, prescribing medications, performing minor procedures, and developing appropriate treatment plans.

You'll also document care accurately and on time, communicate clearly with patients and staff, and help lead the clinical team through a busy day.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting and confident making independent clinical decisions.

Two years of experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine is preferred, but not required.

Just as important, we want someone who works well with others, communicates clearly, supports the team, and understands that a great patient experience matters just as much as efficient care.
