Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No Nights • No Weekends • No Holidays

Oak Medical SC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide acute and chronic care management for adult and geriatric patients throughout our Milwaukee, Greenfield, West Allis, Mequon Glendale, Fox Point and Green Dale areas

service area.

In this role, you'll collaborate with physicians, specialists, and facility care teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

What You'll Do
