Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $107,000

Practice Highlights- Dialysis rounding and patient management

Qualifications- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current NP licensure and certification
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
- Ability to develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based care
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Interest in nephrology, chronic disease management, and longitudinal patient relationships
